Adventists believe a Trinity of three persons - The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit - make up one God. They made salvation possible when Jesus, the Son, came to earth as a baby in Bethlehem and lived a sinless life in accordance with the Father's will.

Mere words cannot adequately express my gratitude to each of you for showing me so much love and kindness during this time of sadness - the passing of my father in Jamaica.   Thank you so very much for your prayers, your visits, your beautiful cards, the lovely flowers, the words of encouragement, the monetary gifts, the hugs, the text messages, the meals, the emails and the phone calls.  I consider myself blessed to be a part of such a loving and caring (church) family.  I must let you know that your overwhelming support has been a great testimony to my family members (especially my 6 brothers) who have chosen not to  be a part of what I called my "support system" - God's true church.  Please continue to pray with me for them,  that one day-very soon, they will see the importance of returning to the God of their childhood.

There is great comfort in the assurance that we are never alone during the sad times in our lives. It is a consolation to know that we have a God who cares and extends His grace towards us daily, and friends like you who are willing to share.
